Family Gardening

Mother nature teaches us how to be mindful, grateful and patience.

Bond and make precious memories by sharing time in our M.a.D (Make a Difference) permaculture garden with your child.

Put on your gloves to do some seeding, planting and watering with us. Meet and touch some of our 24-hour gardener’s friends - earthworms 🪱 and millipedes. If you’re lucky, you may even spot some of nature’s pest control brigade - our little frogs 🐸, lizard 🦎 friends and dragonflies!

We recently engaged mindful space for a mini workshop for preschool parents and educators on how we can have some learning about children’s different temperaments and strategies in helping adults to understand the little world of our young children. Through the workshop, many relevant examples and practical strategies were shared that enlightened the way we possibly can use to handle young children in their melt downs. We appreciate the the knowledge sharing from the speaker, Ms Vernessa, who is patient and interactive in answering the queries both parents and educators may have. We certainly we would consider for more session in time to come! :)) We have tried some of the strategies and now we also seen some little improvement of the little ones. Thank you! :)

A great afternoon kayaking around Pulau Ubin arranged by Mindful Space.

As always, everything was very well organised and communicated very clearly in advance of the trip. Our guide was knowledgeable about the flora and fauna we saw, as well as being very patient with our kids! :)

Thank you to the Mindful Space team!

I sent my daughter and nieces for their 3 day holiday camp and they loved it! Really liked how they got to try aerial yoga, experience a positively charged environment and learn more about mindfulness.

Recently had a great little adventure with my 4 year old son paddling among the last remaining mangroves in Singapore on Pulau Ubin.
Learned a thing or two about these precious habitats thanks to the guides who knew their stuff and gave us their undivided attention.
And a big thanks to Vernessa for getting us into this fun activity in the first place! Looking forward to get the rest of the clan on the water.
