Every session at Mindful Space is fully customised to the participants’ abilities. We go entirely at the children’s pace. When a child feels safe, something wonderful happens — they become more confident, more courageous, and more resilient. That transformation is the real gift of the party.
An aerial yoga birthday party is unlike anything else in Singapore. Each child gets their own aerial hammock to swing, invert, cocoon, and explore — guided gently by our expert instructors in a warm, safe environment.
Whether your child is naturally adventurous or a little nervous at first, our small-ratio sessions (1 instructor to every 6 participants) mean every participant is seen, supported, and celebrated throughout. Suitable for ages 3–18 — from toddlers with parents to teens flying independently.
