Yoga is a way of life to bring awareness to our body, learning to be aware of how we feel & connecting with ourselves.
In this 10 series sessions, we will be working on lengthening the spine, improving postures especially rounded shoulders / hunchback issue & general flexibility.
We focus on going slow & detailed, holding each posture for a longer time & having variations for all body types. All levels including beginners & inflexible are welcome.
Expect a mindful relaxation at the end of every class!
No refund upon confirmation unless the class is cancelled by Mindful Space. Two make up classes available per term.
Make up classes are Friday 9am at Botanical Gardens or online zoom classes by Hwee Koh.
