The first 17 months of life, baby's growth accelerates. Increasing cognitive development results in inquisitiveness and emerging self-awareness. The first learning experience is the opportunity to explore and express.
We provide stimulating activities for both babies and parents through rhythmic yoga-play with songs and poems, objects or prop-plays, simple sign language, dramatic dances and musical moments, positive communication-play and fun tools for parents to capitalise on babies vital developmental stage.

Learn to manage your "Terrific Two", so you won't need to deal with "Troublesome Teens". The beginning of a toddler's communication with the outside world is through simple vocabulary and sign language.
We create rhythmic yoga-play with songs and poems, interactive and movement-based story time for improved vocabulary, gross & fine motor skills, positive discipline (appreciating boundaries) and the use of expressive and effective positive communication to instil positive behaviours early in Toddlers.
Family Class, 6 months - 3 years old

Children who are exposed to music, dance & movement can boost their self-confidence, social skills, physical and motor co-ordination. Helping children improve their ability to express themselves creatively and spontaneously.
Expressive communication via postures, movements, facial expression, vestibular and auditory stimulation. Invites cooperative and interactive endeavours such as taking turns, sharing and supporting each other's effort.
Attune to child's emotional needs and desire to seek positive affirmation from parents and peers. Connect the mind (neuro) and language (lingustic) because how they interplay affects our child body and behaviour.

Mind - Body - Emotion connection exercises increase children ability to listen, improve attention span, cultivate proper posture to support learning. The child can improve self-regulation skills and ability to direct the emotions and energy positively.
Positive mindset with healthy self-talk and affirmations to increase motivation to learn, build their self-esteem and confidence, and nurture habits for success and achievements.
Focus on stimulating multiple intelligences, embracing different learning needs and styles from visual, auditory, kinesthetics to critical thinking.
Teenager, Age 12 - 18

Teenage years are important transition to adulthood, with changes in the physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
Opportunity to shape positive habits, mindset and character building, as teenagers venture on the journey to seek a sense of identity, learning to make choices, managing peer and academic pressure, and dealing with society expectations.
Focus to nurture life skills such as growth mindset, perseverance, emotional resilience, perspective-taking, empathy, self-regulation, gratitude, self-awareness, self-discipline, communication, respecting boundaries, self-esteem, staying calm and focus.
