Come and join us for lunchtime Yin Yang Flow yoga. A 75 minutes yoga session to rejuvenate and recharge your day.
Yin Yang Flow is a dynamic and relaxing practice that will help build strength and promotes range of motion. During the Yin practice, you will hold a pose anytime from 1-5 mins to not only stretch the muscles but also the joints and bones. In the Yang practice, it will be a flow of poses to develop muscular strength and improves blood circulation. So you will get a good sweat out of the class.
The class is suitable for all levels.
