Kim Lee

Did you ever wish for a better brain? As a neurofeedback practitioner for 9 years, people come to Kim to improve how their brains work. Helping her clients train their brains to better self-manage typically results in improved sleep, attention, self-regulation and enhanced peak performance, and reduced anxiety, depression and trauma.

Kim added health coaching to help her clients get better results, and support their lifelong transformation. Predictably, weight tends to optimise along with sleep, energy and clearer minds. Kim has worked with pre-school children to seniors, including some with special needs.
