Objective of Supawell Summer Camp:

To cultivate focus, concentration, coordination, strength, flexibility, self confidence, creativity and playfulness 

At the end of the 20 days, your child will:

  • be more aware of their emotions, learn to release and express their feelings better
  • develop body and spatial awareness
  • enhance left/right brain flexibility
  • build resilience and confidence through movement
  • learn to bring themselves back when they are in fight, flight or freeze mode
  • practise self-love and acceptance of themselves
  • improve coordination and posture
