About the Event

It's Mother's Day! Come and nourish yourself with our sound healing session by Masumi followed by a Mother circle by Khai Lin.

As mothers, we can lose ourselves in our daily routine. Constantly multitasking, supporting our children and spouse, juggling with our career/house chores, worry about finance, its a never-ending list.

Take this day, to rest. To explore your inner world and to heal your mental and physical well-being. 

Allow us to hold you in a gentle non-judgemental way.

The 2.5 hr session includes a 60-min Crystal Bowl Sound Healing - a journey into the depths of your subconscious for transformational healing of mind, body & spirit with healing scared sounds.

What is Sound Healing?

Our body is made up of 75% water. Water is a great conductor for sound vibration. When we use crystal bowls and other well-being vibration, the pure and high-frequency sound synchronise your brain waves to achieve a profound state of relaxation, which helps the body system to self-heal. You will enter a deeply restorative state. Sound healing can melt away stress and anxiety, unlocking what was stuck and welcome positive energy.

What is Mother Circle?

Mother Circle is a small group of mothers who support one another, to learn and grow together. It’s a safe space where mothers can truly show up, be unapologetically honest and share without judgement.

☆What to bring: 

1. Yoga mat / towel to lie down on the floor. A yoga mat can be provided at the studio however if you use it we recommend to use your own towel on the mat due to current circumstances.

2. Shawls, jacket to cover your body and keep you warm during the session

3. Water bottle

☆Attire: Comfortable/relaxing clothing
