This webinar requires you to go into a very relaxed stage without interference, it will be a journey back to your childhood. For the RTT taster session to be effective, you will need to have:

a quiet and undisturbed place (eg: no children around)
phone switch off
to be very present, no multi-tasking (eg: on other webinars, working on screen, eating, drinking)
